He is CEO of AROD Corp, a multi-faceted business conglomeration boasting coast to coast with an auto dealership group, international and domestic fitness clubs, and a fully integrated real estate empire, with over 200 employees and more than 12,000 units in their portfolio across 13 states.
He has appeared on Shark Tank beginning in Season Nine.

Arod has appeared in a total of four episodes of Shark Tank beginning in Season Nine. Though he appeared in one episode of Season Ten, your Stats Shark firmly believes that those deals were probably filmed the season prior and aired a year later. According to the official Shark Tank Twitter account, Arod will return in Season Twelve.
Ironically, despite Alex appearing in only four episodes, because of his investments he's actually (just barely) in the top five spending guest sharks of all time with $850,000 in total investments behind Chris Sacca at $1,270,000 and just ahead of Sara Blakely at $700,000. What's even more interesting is that only $75,000 of his investment dollars have been invested in recreation. The vast majority has actually been invested into food companies!
It will be interesting to see how these investments shake out in Season Twelve.
