Beauty is always a sub-category of the health segment for reasons that are mostly traditional than any reason that actually makes sense. Still, these products are ones that are intended to help people look better rather than just feel better.

It should be a fairly self-explanatory segment to understand but it includes products such as Tanglepets, which will distract children while their mothers work out their knotted hair, and Manscaped that will shame men into ridding themselves of their body hair.

Whatever is assigned to this market segment must make some kind of beauty promise, be it improvement or preservation.
