Retail is a pretty simple category to understand, it's anyone who has opened a physical storefront to provide some kind of product or service.

Restaurants are typically tagged with three different categories, service, retail, and food to represent the full range of what they provide. In this way, it allows us to provide comparisons between companies that sell food as products and those who sell it as a service.
